We have audited the Statement of Special Account Reconciliation of Nile Basin Discourse for the year ended 31 December, 2024.

In our opinion, the receipts were properly accounted for and withdrawals were made for the purposes of the company in accordance with the grant agreements. The Statement of Special Account reconciliation No.15 page 32 below and; notes thereon fairly present in all material respects the account operations for the year ended 31 December 2024 in accordance with the basis of accounting policies described under note 10 (a) of this report
